  • Vehicle data sheet
  • Copy of passport and driving licence of the owner
  • Purchase invoice and COC of the vehicle
  • Notarial powers to be able to carry out the procedures
  • Vehicle driving licence (if it is not new)
  • Certificate of residence outside the European Community

Temporary vehicle registration

Only non-residents of the European Community will be eligible for temporary vehicle registration in the Principality of Andorra. Temporary registrations must be renewed annually.
Only vehicles that are classified as Euro 5 or higher are eligible for tourist registration. Unfortunately, other vehicles will not be able to acquire the tourist registration of the Principality of Andorra.
