The services entrusted by the client to Àgora Consultors will be carried out under the legal framework of provision of services, in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time. The prices stipulated on this website are subject to the addition of the current IGI (General Indirect Tax) percentage.
The prices established on this website include the expenses that may be incurred for the various procedures with the corresponding entities (Notary, Government, etc.). However, expenses corresponding to the various parishes (Comuns) of the Principality will not be included (in the case of opening a business, since the establishment tax cannot be specified with certainty, due to its annual variation and depending on several criteria).
A provision of funds will be required to proceed with the relevant procedures and to cover the fees incurred in managing the requested services. This provision must be paid by the client within a maximum period of 7 days from the moment Àgora Consultors requests it via email to the address provided by the client. Once all procedures have been completed, this provision of funds will be deducted from the final settlement of the invoice corresponding to the services.
In the event that the client fails to comply with the indicated deadlines for making the relevant payments, or with providing the requested information, the requested assignment will be considered unfulfilled. Consequently, the company will not be obliged to refund the amount paid or hand over any procedures carried out. However, if all the procedures have been completed, the company reserves the right to claim the outstanding amount from the client.
At the moment the client entrusts Àgora Consultors with the management of the corresponding file, they declare that they grant sufficient representation to carry out the relevant procedures. If they do not hold such representation, they must present the documents proving said representation within a maximum period of one month.
